Heaven's Blessing (Vietnamese: Thien Phuoc) Home was founded in 2001 as a non-governmental charitable organization with the aim of therapy, rehabilitation and helping social adaption for children suffering disability caused by Agent Orange.

Her name is Loc. Loc is a 14 year old girl who likes accessories like bracelets. Due to bone softening disease, her bone is easily broken. During her sleep, she frequently rolls over that it affects her fragile bones to break so sometimes she needs to go to the hospital at night. However, she always manage to help other friends at the Heaven's Blessing Home.
His name is Hoang. Hoang is a 4 year old boy and he is diagnosed to have Hydrocephalus, which is also known as "water on the brain". Due to Hydrocephalus, Hoang has difficulty moving his body and he cannot speak at all. Also, he is not able to think as well. Hydrocephalus gives pressure to the brain severely damaging the optic nerve. As a result, Hoang cannot see. Because he cannot talk, he cries when he is hungry.
His name is Loi. He is a boy at his most mischievous age with intelligence and ability to think. However, he is not able to move his body freely and he cannot speak. He gets along with his friends very well. He is currently being rehabilitated to train how to stand so that he can control his legs and regain strength.
